The ECF-SADC in Mozambique
The Electoral Commissions Forum of SADC countries has deployed a sixteen (16) member, short-term observers, ahead of the Presidential, Parliamentary and Provincial elections scheduled to be held on the 15 October 2019 in the Republic of Mozambique.
