The Electoral Commissions Forum of SADC Countries undertakes a solidarity visit to the Electoral Commission of South-Africa as a member commission to establish its preparedness for the upcoming elections and to exchange on possible collaboration, support initiatives and other issues of mutual interest.
The team is led by Chairperson if Electoral Commission of Zambia Mrs Mwangala F. Zaloumis and other members drawn from the Electoral Commissions of Malawi and Namibia.

The team shall also meet with CSOs, Media and Academia amongst others to establish their role in elections and the context in which the 2024 National & Provincial Elections will be taking place.

The mission period is 14- 19 April 2024.
